Brand design is my background. Before OnSupply, I spent years building brand identities and design systems for businesses across New Zealand and internationally. That work taught me something that most web developers don't think about: design is what shapes perception. A well-designed site communicates quality and credibility before a word is read. The problem I kept seeing was operators doing genuinely good work, with websites that didn't come close to representing it. Either built once and abandoned, or held together with logins they didn't have time to manage.
